Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to digital products sold through pay.karimov.tech by DANIL KARIMOV PR NOVI SAD, entrepreneur, with registered seat at Železnička 20, 21101 Novi Sad, Serbia, registration number (matični broj) 68136547, tax number (PIB) 115148704 ("we", "us", "our").
1. Digital products and delivery
Our products are digital guides delivered electronically as downloadable files immediately after a successful payment. There is no physical shipment.
2. Merchant of Record
Orders are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment, invoicing, tax and refund processing on our behalf, subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms.
3. Refunds
If a product is faulty, not as described, or you are unable to download or access it, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will resolve it — by restoring access, providing a replacement, or issuing a full refund.
Because our products are digital files delivered instantly, we are generally unable to offer refunds for change of mind once the files have been downloaded, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
4. How to request a refund
Email project-advisory@tuta.com with your order details (the order or receipt number and the email address used at checkout), or contact Paddle directly using the link on your purchase receipt. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method.
5. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
